Three Dimensional Balancing

Whenever elastic rotors are used, TZT scores with its long-term experience in roll manufacturing and creates a completely new performance class in balancing. The use of a Schenck Ro Tec rotor in connection with the CAB 920 measuring system allows for three-dimensional balancing and grants highly precise and optimal results. Automatic drilling units make the process a routine operation and allow for accurate drilling and drilling depth, resulting in signifi cantly less measuring runs. The documentation of the balancing process and the determination of the residual imbalance and balancing grade (DIN ISO 1940) complement the process.
